No inbound calls but have out bound local toll L/D

What do you think would cause a situation of no inbound traffic - no local traffic going out - but local toll and long distance calls work?

SBC Says the lines are fine, it's the PBX. This happened after a T-1 card was replaced yesterday????

did you stat your T1 in LD 60? your inbound traffic must be coming over this and for some reason your local outbound does too (but not your long distance and local toll).

Sounds like you have two t1 cards... one for 'local' one for 'ld'. The LD is working, the local isn't. Do like Coniglio suggests and STAT in ld 60.

That was the first thing I did, everything showed okay, What I ended up doing was re seating the cards and it worked out fine.....
