No Hunt Group messages showing in voicemail tab of PhoneManager > v3.1

In Phone Manager Pro v3.1 and earlier, I used to be able to double click on a hunt group box and all the messages would show and you could then review all the messages, fast forward, etc.

The hunt group boxes show up in the messages tab after adding hunt groups to a user's "Source Numbers" tab by entering Hgroup, but since upgrading to 3.2 and even 4.0 I have to use the phone buttons to use the mailbox. Version 3.1 of Phone Manager still works, but some of my users like the spiffy new interface of 4.0.

Am I simply missing an option somewhere to allow managing the messages like the 3.1 version of Phone Manager Pro allowed? Has anyone else noticed this problem?

isn't there in 3.2 either. I noticed this the other day in our office.

Does anyone know how to submit problems to Avaya about Phone Manager Pro? I searched on their support site, but it looks like you have to be a vendor to submit any support cases and mine is unwilling to submit reports for us.

Perhaps a vendor that's seen this problem could submit it to Avaya for the rest of us?

Just for reference, Phone Manager Pro 3.1.17 still works as expected even after installing 4.0(5) software on the switch.
