No HTTP server in Outlook 2000! Why? 1

I only can find IMAP and POP3 servers in Outlook 2000 for Incoming mails. To receive e-mails from hotmail, I need HTTP server. How do I go about setting this server up in Outlook 2000. I can see HTTP server in Outlook Express 5. Why not in Outlook 2000?
Is this my problem or Microsoft? Please help.

You can't access Hotmail mail from Outlook 2000 if that is your objective. I believe that functionality was added in Outlook 2002.
