No headers on first page

I have prepared a booklet of 20 pages. Everything worked out fine except that I don't want the header and footer to appear on the first page. In other words, how do I remove them from page 1 but print them on the other pages. I use CS4. Thanks in advance

either you need a second master or look into using variables to set up your headers and footers.
