No full client service available

Standard I receive a message "No full clienst service available" after a couple of days on my WebIntelligence Distributed environment. I have checked all the settings which have to be set to solve the problem (business objects technical support site). In spite of this, message keeps appearing after a couple of days (after restarting wimanager and wiorb services on the manager as well on the node). Does anybody know the ultimate solution
 
Did you check if WIGenerator / WIQT processes are running at that time ??

Is yours a clustered environment ?? If yes then WIGenerator process running on Manager Node.

Refer to WEBI Admin guide for details.

The environment is a clustered environment.
