sounds like you have a t1 down.
go to ld 60 and type stat.
if it is down type
disl X <- loop number (to disable the t1)
enll X <- loop number (to enable it)
wait till you see a DTA023 and you t1 should be back up and running.
If you have a pri you will have to go to ld 96 first to disable the d-channel by typing
dis dch X <- d-channel number

No Lines Free is not a PBX prompt, it is a Norstar and BCM Prompt. Norstar forum is # 799 and the BCM Forum is 1361.
