No Free Lines in MICS 4 with PRI

I need help asap pls, everything was ok on the norstar, all of the sudden when we hit 9 to dial out before I continue dialing the rest of the digits everybody in the office gets No Free Lines, no calls coming in either, this is a mics 4.1 with a t1/pri, i looked at the sys test log alarm, sys admin log alarm and net evt log alarm they're all 42-0 at the same time, there is combo card installed and t1 card has an amber led on under the circle with the arrow coming in, the one with the triangle and 2 semi-circles on its right side. If someone can point to what the problem might be I would appreciatte it, thanks alot.

Sounds like the PRI went down you can disable it then
re-enable. If that does not do it then contact your carrier they may have a problem.

try pressing the U turn button (On the card with all teh lights)...let it blink red for 1/2 a minute and press again ...

give it a minute and if the yellow goes off you are set

senk1s, I tried the loopback (I'm guessing that's what the U turn button is for) but it didn't help, I called sbc and reported trouble on the t1/pri and that's what it turned out to be, back in business, hawks and senk1s, thanks for pointing me in the right direction
