No Exchange Stores/Mailboxes Showing

Hi all,

Running Backup Exec 10D.

When attempting to setup a new backup job I do not have any exchange stores/mailboxes showing under my Exchange (2003) servers.

I have installed the agents (though most required manual installs) and have removed and readded my serial numbers.

Any help appreciated starting to panic

Hi,
I'm running 11d so I may not be much help.

1. Did you reboot the exchange server after you installed the agent?

2. In Backup Exec Tools>Options>Microsoft Exchange did you check those settings to make sure they are set like you want?

3. Try rebooting the Backup exec server. You might get lucky and it will find the exchange store.

Okay worked out where I went wrong

I needed to install Exchange System Management Tools.

With that installed I can now see my exchange stores.

Though they are greyed out. I suspect it has something to do with my agents not installing properly (having to manually install them).
