No DNS settings with Nortel Extranet Client...some times!

Running the latest Nortel Client, version 4.15, under XP, users are not getting DNS settings. A fix for some is to disable and enable the NIC, and it works. For me, and it happens only about 10% of the time, I reboot and try again it is fine. Any ideas? Nortel says the problem was resolved a few releases back, but not for us. Thanks.
