Is there a way to show the activity of a I2004 phone on a T7316e set? I have programmed the DN of the I2004 as an auto dial on the T7316e phone, but when the I2004 is off hook it does not display on the T7316e as busy. Is there any other way to display a voip phone on regular sets?

No Display of Voip Phone on Auto Dial Key

Hi wilmas
When you say autodial do you mean you programmed the key using feature*2 the button then the IP extension number.If you have programmed this under one of the display keys you should beable to see if the IP phone is busy.
Have you set up the IP phone with auto DN or did you set it manually?
Have you more IP phones than IP clients?
The reason I ask I have problems in the past where a customer has had 20 homeworks but there would only be 10 on at any one time. The problems this caused was when the phones registered and deregistered the extensions keep changing creating problems for the lady at the T7316e with KIMS.
