This seems like it may be as basic as a bad card but here goes: Installing a brand new CS1000. Programmed analog card in slot 4 0 6. I have DTRs programmed on 4 0 15 but no dial tone. Am I missing something? Maybe something that needs to be turned on in CDB, HELP?

No Dial Tone on Analog phones.
Analog phones on large systems require a Digitone Receiver (DTR) card for dial tone.
Add a DTR card to a Peripheral Shelf, and program it in LD 13:

REG NEW
TYPE DTR
TN l s c u You must do this 8 times, to add Tone channels 0 thru 7.

Print DTR in LD 20.
STAT in LD 32.

On the CS1000 1010 Cabinet the DTR is virtual. I have the DTR programmed on card 4 0 15. By the way, I just found out there is no dialtone on the 3900s either. I am clearly missing something here

By the way, is 128 and 129 standard TDS/CONF for all CS1000s?

I don't think there is a standard. You should also make sure you have your DSP's programmed as well as registering the MGC card into the security domain.

KCFLHRC, I did check the DSPs and they were idle and registered. I finally got to a point with this that I just reset the MGC card and re enabled. After re registering everything came up fine and I had my dial tone. Thing just needed a kick in the ass! Thanks for all your help
