No Dial Tone...

Greetings Everyone,

I've run into a small, problem. I just installed a new Port Network, it's a production system as it's not servicing any customer at the moment.
I went today to hook up our telephone room phone.

When I punched down my cross wire, no dial tone was present on my 2402. I then started to try other 110 punches thinking I may have put a 25 pair tail wrong on the 110 block. Nothing, tried them all.

So, I powered down the 2 G650's and verified that my TDM cable was seated, bus terminations were seated and my carrier designation tabs in the correct seat. It all checked out. Powered it back up, still nothing. Thinking I may have a bad G650, I moved everything from the "A" carrier to the "B" carrier and made sure all the TDM, Bus and Tabs were correctly installed. Powered it back up, still nothing?

I has connection back to the core switch. All my IPSI's and Med Pro's are in service and nothing is showing an alarm, except for my power downs. Every thing looks to be programmed right.

Question is? Am I missing something? I know that's a shot in the dark, but any tips to help troubleshoot would be helpful.
 
Never mind. After 4 hours of TS, problem solved! Thanks for all the Help
 
what was the problem?

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.
 
The problem was the 25-pair telco cable we ordered from Black Box were wired to a NON Standard 25-pin layout. So, dial tone was split amongst the pairs. I reordered new telco cables from Anixter, so now I have to rip out 28 cables, rerun them and punch them down. Ahhh, the life of a phone guy.
 
You should get the preterminated blocks. Save some time/clean look.
