No dial tone on extention/ DNs CS1k

Another rainy day came with another problem
All dns have lost dial tone for 500 sets set 3902 have dial tone and working normally

if we call from 3902 set to any DN it rings.
from dialing side it keep ringing and when we pickup handset there is nothing
caller still hears ringing tone please help how i get back dial tones

Have you checked the digitone receiver card? Sounds like that might be your issue.

i think digitone card is fine i placed another card from spare cards which works fine on each slot gives tone etc
