I have a CS1K and when I dial the access code to my route I pull dial tone and the call rings through fine. Recently I changed it up a bit and started using a TSC and RLB to access the route. Well after doing so, at first I thought everything was good to go, the calls were going through so my programming seemed to be fine.....until I listened closer while placing a call. i noticed that when calling another phone in my office, normally you would hear some kind of ringer tone indicating the call went through and is trying to connect, but for some reason i don't hear any ringer tone in the handset , only dead air, but the but the phone that is being called rings just fine. So what would cause the lack of ringer tone in the phone placing the call?

Thanks in advance

Depending on the type of trunks you have, you're not getting answer/acknowledgement supervision, so you're not getting the speech path back to you. I'd have to dig deeper, but you may need to work with the carrier or far end, or tweak the RDB/Trunk data, or possibly the D-channel programming to make it work. Sorry I can't be more specific.
