We've got a dll that references the crystal 8.0 report objects, and we're calling it from ASP in Win2K.
Nothing prints and we get a "no default printer" (20526) error back.

We've tried:
1) changing the anonymous user in IIs to being a domain user who has printers set up.
2) giving the default user printers, and setting a default printer up for them
3) printing to local printers and network printers. Both have the same problem.

Anyone else had this?

Thanks.

I finally figured it out:
All we needed to do was add the .dll into COM+ services.
After that it worked fine.

dear freind
can ypu please explain which .dll and how i can add to +com ?
Thnak you

The .dll was our own one with our code to print the report.
