No Data in call-by-call database.

Hi, I need some advice on how to create a call-by-call report on symposium, I am a total newbie to all this so sorry if the question is a bit basic. We currently have Symposium Express Call Center Version 3.00 (Build 03.21.07 Rev 3). I'm using crystal reports in visual studio 2005 and connect to the ICCM_PREVIEW_DSN, Blue and choose eCallByCallStat20060720 but there is no data in the report. I have checked the historical stats in symposium and it says my call-by-call database is 0 in size. Could someone please point me in the right direction to get this database populated. Many Thank.
 
I'm presuming the SE setup is at least similar to SCCS, so here is the first thing to check.
From SMI workbench menu select Reports & Displays then Historical Statistics then the Call-by-call tab. Make sure you have whatever skillsets selected that you want reported.
 
Hi, I have checked the Historical Statistics and I dont appear to have the Call-By-Call Tab?
