I have DPNSS links between Nortel CS1k rlse 5.0 and Siemens ISDX. All other system features work but the name is not sent across the link to or from the CS1k.
Can anyone help on this?

I believe CPND is a Nortel specific protocol and is not understood by other systems.

Well I have seen it work between Nortel CS1k and other systems over DPNSS links, and according to the NTPs it should work.

Not over DPNSS - You will only see LocationCode and Extn Numbers and certain levels of features, not all of them, when networking between different PABX's (Comman Channel Signalling) for all your 'B'Channels unfortunately no Nortel proprierty signalling over the Commmon '16'

Interesting to see your comments were you've seen it working, are you sure it was DPNSS?

Cheers!!

Well according to the NTP it can work on DPNSS1 links but the dialling plan has to be UDP.
Has anyone ever implemented thus?

DCH or DCHI is not used. There are RDC and VDC programmed as the DPNSS channels.
