I have been able to create and run reports in the past. Now all of a sudded, I get the error pop up "No connection to reporting generator server!" when I try to run one. I can edit the report but not run it. I can run the reports if I logon to the server and run the IPOCC User Interface, but if I try to run the User Interface from my PC or any other user's PC, I get the error.

Any help would be appreciated. I have tried looking in error logs but cannot find any mention of this issue. Even pointers to places to look would be helpful.

Have this on several systems, been trying to get Avaya to look at it.

You can restart the IPOCC Statistics Generator service and it will work again, at least for a while.

Thanks for the suggestion, but it did not work for me. I will look into logs for that service so hopefully something will come of it.

If it works on the server but not from a client probably some firewall is blocking the connection to it.
