No Command Prompt Available

Hi, on my windows NT 4.0 Server I cant get a version of CMD to run. I checked under task manager to see what would be happening and the process is queued it’s listed as running but I have no access to the command prompt. Every time I run the CMD it lists it but I cant end the process or switch to it. There is no on screen display for it. Any help is appreciated.

It turns out my server just needed a reboot :)
So its all good, that makes me wonder about if the sever needs and upgrade i saw it only has 128mb ram, so i think i might put a request in for more memory
