No CLID on inbound analog trunks

replace a older pbx with a G350 with an analog board and created a new trunk grp with 6 copper pots lines as the trunk grp... they customer previously got CLID on their old pbx and now they are not. Is there something in the trunk grp page that i need to turn on ...I see receive incoming caller id is disabled if I enabled this will the CLID work?

using 4621 sets

resolved ran some traces and noticed no CLID on inbound.. called their vendor and it ws verifed they never received it...ghost chasing is great..
