My switch admin. says he can't provide CDR data on qeuue activity. Therefore our call accounting software doesn't show any 1-800 calls because they all point to queues.

On switches I'm familiar with, CDR reporting for queues/huntgroups was just a choicem and you could select Group or Extension for where the call is recorded.

Can an 81 C do this? Can anyone tell me what command to use to turn it on? Many thanks.

post your cdr data,, and check all the routes to make sure cdr is yes

How would we check the routes? (I can't post cdr data, I just view it via the call accounting software)

Depends what type of Queue.
If it's an ACD then certainly in Europe CDR for it is very buggy and you're best off using ACD reporting rather than CDR.

Other types of queue check
QREC is set to YES in LD16

Do you want to know what agent answerd a call?

A Queue is a DN so if your CDR software sorts by DN, then make sure that Queue DN is in the software and it will show every call to thah Queue.
