No Caller ID

I have a station in network-region 20 sending calls to trunks on region 30. I have set everything on the trunk group to send. In the trace I dont even see the station trying to send a number to the carrier. If the carrier was blocking it I would see the number at least being sent in my trace I would think. Is there some setting between network-regions that I am not aware of? I even went to page two of the station and set per station cpn - send calling number to Y.

The station has an entry in public unknown

Already did that. Its in my initial post. I really think this is pointing back to the carrier but they are saying all is right on their side. I have requested a testing time with them so I can get a tech on their side to look at what I am sending to them. Other than that I cant find anything, I just thought there may be something in the data going between regions but I am grasping with that.
 
looking at ur trace... you don't need to worry abt line:

12:41:59 Calling Number & Name NO-CPNumber NO-CPName --> this is a station trace CLI will show on TAC...have you looked at tac trace?

can you post the TAC Trace as this will show what CLI CM is sending to your supplier. this should be 5 or 6th line on tac trace.

Apologies you actually stated this in your first post , Have you tried to manipulate this number to match the amount expected by the carrier ,sometimes i have had it where they are expecting a different number of digits than what they say(that said you should be seeing this in your trace i guess) Is this a pri circuit

Update this was an AT&T issue as I originally thought. They resolved it yesterday late afternoon and did not tell me what they did to resolve it.
