no caller id shows "withheld"

when incoming call caller id is not available, can i change to something else instead of "withheld" ??

Add a TAG to the incoming call route. You will still see witheld, but you can also add other information about the call with the TAG.

Not something that I really worried about but these are usually two different things:

withheld = number intentionally witheld by the caller

number available = CLI not supported, usually on some overseas calls (this shows as 'external' here)

The incoming call route can treat these differently

! : Matches calls where the ICLID was withheld.

? : for number unavailable.

although it will not actually change the display so see above!
