No caller ID on the I2050 notification pop up on ACD calls 1

Avaya AACS 6.0/ cs1000 Rls 7.5

I posted this in the cs1000 forum but got no suggestions.

I have thoroughly reviewed the I2050 call center user guide.

My issue is the softphones main display will show caller id IE: CDN/skillset name but the pop up notifier always says "no name" on ACD calls.
When I call her DN the pop up notifier shows my name and extension.
On outside calls to the DN two lines of diplay show the calling number on the pop up notifier.
For some reason the pop up notifier wont display anything on ACD calls even though it displays in the phones main display.

it's not going too - this issue or non-issue (depending on who you talk to at Avaya)has been around when it was still Nortel and the original release of the 2050. The IE (information element) on the ACD call differs from regular DN call and does not provide caller ID info for CDN and/or skillet during call presentation, only on call answered, as this info is coming from the SCCS/AACC.
 
That answer works for me. Its apparently been like that since we started sending people home 2 years but no one ever complained until last week.
The lady siad her phone was always behind a bunch of windows and she didnt know how to answer the phone (which hospital was calling)
