No caller id on second incoming call 3

I am an end user. Our office just received a BCM 3.5 build 2.3b. I have my doubts about the vendors knowledge and ability to program our switch. My questions deals with caller id on the second incoming call.

Caller id is displayed on the 1st incoming call. I should also say its when the phone is not being used. But when we are on the phone and a second call comes in the caller id is not displayed. It says "Line251 calling".

Our vendor claims Nortel says we can not get caller id on the second call.

Can anyone please confirm or deny this?

I believe this was an issue that was cleared up with release 3.6. I haven't gotten to work on 3.6 yet but i think I heard this release cleared up the 2nd ringing line CID.
 
As far as I know you only get caller id on the first line you have to use the feature code for all other lines.
 
do you have an update on this caller ID issue? I am having the same issue and also lack the confidence in my PBX vendor.
