No Busy Verify Intrusion Tone on 2250 Attendant Console

I tested our busy verify key on the console and there was no intrusion tone given to any of the parties. Is there a setting in the CDB or the programming of the console that enables or disables the tone.

There was not a setting in the past. What release system software are you on?

CLS WTD on your TN blocks the console from doing Busy Verify on you, it does not just silence the tone - I'm anticipating someone will post about CLS WTD

My software release is 5.5 and it is a 1000M-SG previously a Option 61 PBX.
