No Busy Tone o PRI Call

I have a PRI Link with ZTE on which almost everything going smooth other then Busy Tone. When I dial a busy user, I am unable to hear busy tone, just an infinite silence is what I hear. I get this message on my D-Channel:

I had to configure DID because other side was not proceeding my few of mobile calls on TIE. Is there any suggestion? I am stuck in this problem.
 
What about the DCH programming?
Did you set the outgoing T306?
I think you forgot to set this timer because the two following release messages come immediately after the disconnect (4 sec)

I would recomment to set it to OUT_T306 = 20, INC_T306 = 0

Then you should hear the busy tone of your provider.

Well I tried changing Protocol to ESGF with TIE trunk type. Got busy tone but my NWD calls (other then mobile) were getting diconnected right after dialing. I then tried ESGF with DID. Things got perfect.

What I noticed is that while on EURO protocol, there was a 30 second delay between Call Disconnect notification and Channel Release message. ESGF, on other hand, made it disconnected right after DISC notification.

The timers subect is very important I thin yet. Can somebody please guide me more on CS1KE Timers?
 
Interesting facts I noticed. While changing protocols, I realized that if I get busy tone on one protocol, ZTE starts receiving 0 with my 1XXX calls on network. If one protocol enables my 1XXX calls, it simultaneously disables my busy tone on network call.

I then tried T306 timers and they worked, however, I get the Dial Tone on call clearing. Now trying to change TLP in LD 56 so that I can provide busy tone or at least a tone somewhat similar to busy tone to my users. Opened another topic for that. Looking forward for help as I am badly stuck in this issue.
