When people calls the attendant which 100, if it's engaged they don't hear busy tone. How can I fix it?

Could you please eloborate?
Thanks

Calls to attendant can't be set to busy tone. You should be able to create a Busy Forward to another station or VMIB, but otherwise I you can't make a busy tone that I am aware of.

Set forwards at attendant stations by lifting handset then press FWD softkey or DND/FWD.

That is bizzare because before VMIB installation we had busy tone. When we call 100 and if 100 is engaged we were hearing engaged signal. How can I create a Busy Forward to another station or VMIB ?
Thanks

Lift handset / Press SPEAKER
Press DND/FWD key
Dial FWD type (2: Busy Forward, 4: Busy/No Answer Forward)
Dial # to send to Station VMIB or enter alternate station or Hunt Group number

Note: You must have a user greeting recorded at the station you are forwarding to VMIB, or you will get an error tone and the screen will say INVALID.
To record a user greeting, Press TRANS/PGM 61 and press # to record the greeting.

Good luck!
