No audio SIP call

I'm using a public IP address on the LAN interface 2 to record remote sip extensions. The record works, but the call does not have audio. When the call is waiting is possible to listen to music on hold. I checked the doors of RTP and softphone SIP devices, but is possibly sculpt audio on calls. Anyone know the solution to this problem?

Already have disabled the firewall and checked the codec: G.711 A in Ip Offce and SIP extension

Sounds more like you have a one way speech-issue.

The usual suspect is SIP ALG / Inspection.

What kind of firewall/router do you have?

Hippos have bad eyesight, but considering their weight, it’s hardly their problem
 
In further tests it is possible to have audio for incoming calls to SIP softphone but unable to hear audio when the sip extension makes a call through the PRI trunk.
