No audio for external calls forwarded to external numbers

Hello Friends,

We are suddenly not getting audio when external calls are forwarded to an external number.

This company has a few portable stations setup so if we dial a specific extension it forwards to a cell phone. It is working fine if we are onsite calling from an analog or PT device. But calls from outside forwarded connect but there is no audio.

I would like to verify the settings before wasting time with the IP carrier so if you can tell me where to look I'd really appreciate it!

Hi Mike,

It is SIP. Under CO Line Settings they just have a V-SIPGW16.

I fixed this - it was a bad route in the IP config
