Hello Friends,
We are suddenly not getting audio when external calls are forwarded to an external number.
This company has a few portable stations setup so if we dial a specific extension it forwards to a cell phone. It is working fine if we are onsite calling from an analog or PT device. But calls from outside forwarded connect but there is no audio.
I would like to verify the settings before wasting time with the IP carrier so if you can tell me where to look I'd really appreciate it!
