No Acrobat Writer Icons in Word?

Hello There,

I have a problem with a user who has office 2000 and acrobat writer.

Once in word she use to see two Acrobat icons on the toolbar to convert to PDF's.

She got the following message..

Security Error Upon Running Office Products
When a Microsoft Office product run, the following security warning appears:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\STARTUP\PDFMaker.dot
contains macros by Adobe Systems Incorporated....

I tried to Check the box that says Always Trust Macros From This Source
Click on Enable Macros
You should now have the PDF Writer menu option available in Office.

This did not work and i was wondering if any one has any ideas...
