No access to Native Configuration Manager (AACM S8300D )

I ve installed an S8300D on a G450 as LSP. I can access to system platform web consol, to System Management Interface of AACM, but no access through Native Configuration Manager or Site administration.
I use the same password to get AACM web access (admin). I get "Connection to switch is timed out"
Any Idea?

First thing I would do is check to see is if your telnet ports are enabled on the server.
