NMS Adaptive Multimedia Modules

I have attended full training on this product and we have now taken the product on in AU.

It is very nice and fills the MMM hole that AVAYA created, not that MMM was any good. I have a feeling I will be installing about 5 NMS sites in the next few months as we have many deals pending and I think one just dropped.

These will be full contact center with Progessive Dialer, Web, Email, and Desktop CTI Pro.

Will be intresting as I as yet have not installed one site !!, Looking forward to it very much as I find NMS to be very logical in the way that it works.

Phil is very dedicated to his product and will do anything to make sure his product is the best that it can be, also the new version will have SQL reporting so it can be linked in with CCC reports and custom design..

Out of intrest have you installed any sites with IPO. ?? If so how did they go ?
Also please note if you do, Phil has a TAPI fix for the issue where if you use Break codes in Desktop it places the call in Dirvert instead of DND. The TAPI fix resolve this.

I will be on training next week and then install it on a customer site.
I'll let you know what i think of this product.

When you do the training the one thing I did not seem to get notes on was on the Email Rules with insertion of data base fields in the automated replies.

Say somebody sends an email with a Part ID, it is the exactly way you program the rules to perform the database lookup and then create the auto reply from Data Bases fields. If you get Notes can you email them to me via the website below? ?

I cannot seem to get it correct as the programming in the email manager is very specific. I think this is covered on day 4 or 5 memory.

If you send me your email address via the site I will send you the TAPI fix that works with 4.0 and 4.1 builds so you can use it in the training.

Thanks ronromano, but we've got it working smoothly, even without the document.
In fact it is quite easy to install and use.

Calls/e-mail queueing to agents, predictive dialling and stuff like that. Works great!
