Is it possible upgrade to BC11 an old system (BC9) with LBP18, LBP19 or a system with LBP15 replacing the IPU board with a NIU? I tried to use it but when loading, system doesn’t recognize NIU board, I replaced LSU and DSU in the LIM with no effect.

Usually it is enough if the NIU is in an even position (means x-x-0/10/12/20/22 etc.), all old magazines should be OK. The question is: Have you made a system dump with IPU or NIU? If the system dump is made with IPU, the NIU won't answer (and vice versa). So, try with IPU on the same position, and if OK (connecting to the system possible?), change the IPU to NIU (a little bit tricky, but how to do it? The answer is somewhere else on this forum).

What is the status of the LPU-display?
Have you the correct NIU (IPA number)
