NIS Password Issues 1

A client of mine forgot/lost their Norton Internet Security password for Admin. I had them try all the common paswords, etc. I remember I used some sort of password reset tool on NIS before but am having a hard time finding it. Anyone know how to reset it short of a reinstall(complicated setup they have that I wouldn't look forward to reinstall, besides I doubt I can uninstall without admin password. ) Thanks in advance. This problem is mission critical for me

Try this:

To change the Password Protection password

Open NIS.
Click Options.
Click Internet Security.
The NIS Options screen appears. Click the General tab.
Click Set Password

I think you missunderstood. The problem is the client forgot the ADMIN password............thats the big problem.

was not aware that NIS uses an Admin.
Know about the unexpected prompt of the supervisor password.

yes, the main password acount is what he is locked out of. I think its supervisor
