Any inputs will be greatly appreicated

Can someone please tweet back with the URL for the configuration to be performed on Nice (Application & Voip/Screen logger) as part of post installation

Reply disappointed with this forum now due to lack of responses & interests from anyone.

Hey meetmanju, dont dissapoint so prematurely, there is a lot people here to help, but... they must be working right now :)

Regarding your model, it should be a so called semidistributed design

You just have to put the components starting with the Applications server, later Interactions (IC), later logger(s).

At this moment, nothing new compared with the installation guide

BTW what integration are you using?

=== having a NICE time with NICE ===

Configuration:

1.) You need to define all the host servers in the tree on the left under 'system admin'
2.) You need to map your audio sources to your channels
3.) You need to map your screen i.p range to your available screen channels

Good luck!

@certifiedniceguy :
Thanks after all my efforts are led to some limelight. haf the config is done.
While i was adding the logger in the app's NIM window quiet often througing "looger not responding"
however i tried checking the connectivity with the ping wit IP as well as with the hostname of the Voip/scrren logger it is all well.

Failing to understand why this isnt getting through

@certifiedniceguy :
We are going to integrate it with CTIOS for the voip & screen logger.

Cheers
Manju

It sounds like the logger api is not responding. Verify on the logger itself that the ntloggersvc is running.

Regarding integration, that piece is configured via a CTI client that connects to your CM via a defined user and then additional configuration is completed within the application. Once the connection is configured from the client to the CM, usually all that needs to be done is device definition / mapping and then agent creation and definition.
