I have a customer who would like calls from 6:00 pm till 9:00 pm to go to his cell phone and after that to the auto attendant.
I think the simple solution is two automatic timers and one phone that that normally does not ring that is programmed to transfer to his cell phone.
At the moment His phone has a delayed ring group forward from an immediate ring group. If a night service timer rang his phone from 6:00 till 9:00 every night and he had it forwarded to his cell it should work ok unless he didn't remove the external forward in the morning. then the calls would ring in normally until the delayed ring group was activated and he would get delayed calls to his cell phone until he cancelled call forwarding
I'm sure there are a few ways to accomplish this but my question is: How is the best way to program this. Or maybe i should say the easiest way.
Thank you
