Do you know how to activate the night service when i enter the following data. After 18:00, I press the "MakeSetBusy" and make an incoming call from outside, we just hear ringing tone but not reach 8824.

Just remove the headset from the attendant console.
If you don't have one, please post the TN settings of the main phone (maybe your hunting is not setup correctly).
You might want to consider this:
LD 16 CDB (PRT in LD 21):
RDR_Data
...
CRT0 (or 1/2/3) 18 00 08 00 (or any other time)
...

LD 20
Insert CLS RTDA (besides CFHA CFTA HTA FNA)
Insert AEFD 8824
Insert AEHT 8824
Insert AHNT 8824
Insert ARTO 0 (or 1/2/3)
Then place the phone on MSB before leaving.

I have followed all the step but still failed to access 8824. Now, I implement the 8824 as ACD and a service number in Call Pilot.

Janaya: You've got me there !!

CM6043: Why don't you use the 2889 instead of the 8824 in the phone settings?
