Our system is set up to play the night time message at 5:30pm every day, which it does, but we want the system to transfer straight to our general delivery mailbox after the message. Instead, it goes on to ask which extension you require, and puts the call through the 3 receptionist phones as it does during the day. Only after 14 rings does it finally reach the mailbox. I'm sure that this is something really obvious, but I can't find it for the life of me.
 
Here's what I'd do. At the end of the day forward the recectionists calls to voicemail. Then the calls will go
there without ringing alot.
call forward is Feature 4
to find vmail dn is Feature 985
