HI Guys,

Can anyone tell me how to chance the forwarding extension

Someone has it setup to tranfer to ext 231, which LD program
can i use to set this up to e.g ext 232.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Merry Christmas

hi
OVL 309 means you are not allowed access to this overlay
do you have DDI or COT's (analog lines)

Are you in the UK,do you have backup on your PABX switch ??

Scott
if you have a maintenance contract on your switch you could call them and get them to give you all the overlays or a new password that will allow you to use them..there are different level passwords...

Colin

I think thats the best option.

Thanks for the help.

Cheers
