Night Service turning itself OFF?

Has anyone ever experienced the nightservice "green button" turning itself off sometime during the night? We are using Merlin Legend. This only seems to happen once, sometimes twice a month. Is there a possible bug or certain events that may cause this?

or do you have more than 1 operator with night service ,one may turn it on and the other turns it off by mistake

i have had it do that with light power fluxuations. Lots of other goofy stuff too put in a power conditioner and it stopped

There is a way to program night service permanently so power problems don't turn it off. It can be programmed to start at 12:01 am and stop at 12:00 am so in essence it is on 24 hours a day. Since it's part of the system programming, power outages won't affect it.

Having same problems w/power & night ring. Unit is also on a UPS. Still no luck.
