I have a customer with a BCM50 R1 who wants his night service to forward to an external number. In other words, instead of hitting the night service and having incoming calls immediately go to the AA, he wants the incoming calls to forward to an external number. What's the best way to accomplish this?

Thanks

It's gonna take two hits on the button, instead of the night service one. Call Forward, External Autodial with the dest. digit 9 in front.

Redirect allowed on the night service set.

This is exactly what I do with user DID lines. I program an external auto dial, and then. program a feature 4 button
easy stuff. Just make sure under the set capabilities to check the box for allow redirect as stated above.

Good luck

Thanks for the replies. The way I ended up making it work was to CFA a free analog extension to the external number and make the analog extension the only member of a ringing group for the night service.
