Night service stopped working BCM 400 3.7

Strange thing that happened a few weeks ago. The night service that has been working for years on the BCM 400 3.7 stopped. I have checked and rechecked the configurations and it still will not work. It was set for M-F 9am to 530pm lunch 1pm to 2pm and closed sat-sun.

Everything else is ok and no one else has access to the programing

Have you rebooted the BCM as the NT software tends to lock up after a while on the older releases.

I have done a soft reboot but not a power down and power on reboot just because it is so old and I did not want to take the chance that it would not come up. Will a power cycle reboot do the trick?

I believe that I am suppose to do a reboot and wait til the lights change to yellow and then turn off the power is that the safe or graceful way to power done?

I did a power cycle and it work.
