night service randomly activating

Yes, the system will automaticlly go into nights if calls are not answered and u have "alerting" on on the console parameters or attdt form. I forget which form, but it is on the bottom right side in the corner. I have never seen anybody u that feature on purpose.

On the second page of the console parameters screen, I had 10 seconds in the "Alerting" field under incoming calls. I left it blank. Is this the field you were referring to?
