Have a MICS 6.1 with Callpilot 100 R2.Pots lines 1 thru 12 are set to answer on 0 rings in AA. CCR gives an option to callers to tranfer to an offsite call center. Everything works fine, now the problem. The customer, because of corp. policy insists that we install an old analog Call Manager Box bridged on the first line before the system. The call manager box would answer after two rings make an announcement then dial out through the fax line to transfer the caller to the call center between the hours of 12am to 6am. I have setup an auto night schedule for for the lines to answer between 12am and 6am but can't seem to find a way not to have AA answer on line 1 since it is already set for 0 rings in AA. Any ideas ???

You have to define a Service Mode 5, let's say, that is on from 6 to 12, and sends the calls to the pilot of VMS. Disable AA from answering the lines. Then, setup Night mode active from 12 to 6, that sends lines 2 thru 12 to the pilot of the vms, you exclude line 1 by setting it up in a group that has no ringing targets (group 2, for example).

Thanks for the reply Superiortel.I will use the info you provided when I return to the site to install that piece of junk on line one. Thanks again.
