Night service issue

I have a remote site that 'suddenly' (as reported) will not allow callers to leave a message when in night service.
KX-TDE200 & KX-TVA200

Callers hear the recorded message twice, instead of once, and never get to leave a message.

No programming changes have been made to the system at all. User claims she hasn't gone into anything.
Although, as far as users go......she had me looking at her mailbox, not the main one for a day

Thoughts?

Is it an AA it is hitting. It would play twice if no dtmf was entered.

How is the call sent to the voicemail. Dil/ddi to vm or to extension or group with intercept to voicemail
