Night Service disengaging itself?

Have a client who manually turns on night service before leaving for the day (Flash VM). On Monday (after the weekend), client indicates Night Service has been turned off. No one has access to the business during the weekend.

Anyone heard of this issue before?

If the ringing service is manual ...
it could be the cleaning crew ...it just takes pressign a couple of buttons - is this happening every weekend?

I doubt the cleaning crew is responsible. Not sure if this happens consistently. As you know, information reported by clients isn't always accurate.

be certain the rining service is set to manual... don't assume check it.
