Night Service Button 1

I Have 509 K with Messaging R7 in 5 slot. Programmed night button (either opt 2 or 3, pick a button) on 18D set ext 10. When activating Night Service (press button), the light winks (like an incoming call) on that button, night service does not work. Calling VM ext's directly or I777 goes into VM. Anybody seen this before, reccomendations welcome. Thanks.

You have a system password set in #403. If that is not what you intended, remove the setting. Otherwise, you must enter the password to get in and out of Night Service.
