I have a customer that has an IP Office where the incoming calls are answered by a "Time Condition" with a Day greeting and a Night greeting. It currently is done with an Hours treatment. What the customer wants, is two phones with a button on them turn turn the Night Service off and on when every they want. They no longer want to go by time of day. I'm new to the IPO and i am looking for some help with this one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
